Membership Subscriptions
1. Monthly Subscriptions:
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time after cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
2. Annual Subscriptions:
For annual memberships, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available.
Courses and Programs
1. Self-Paced Courses:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course content. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details.
2. Live Programs and Coaching:
Due to the limited availability and personalized nature of live programs and coaching sessions, refunds are not provided once the program or session has started. For cancellations before the program begins, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
