From Ordinary Beginnings to Building a Global Vision

A Small-Town Girl with Big Dreams

I was born and raised in a small city in China, where success was often defined by stability—studying hard, getting a good job, and staying on a well-trodden path. Like many others, I followed this blueprint, landing roles in HR, banking, and marketing, eventually relocating to New Zealand to start a new life with my husband. 

While these experiences taught me resilience and new skills, I often felt disconnected from my own sense of purpose. I craved a life that aligned with my passions and talents—a life where I could wake up excited about the work I was doing and the impact I was making.

The Turning Point: From Corporate to Freedom 

In late 2021, everything changed. I was laid off from my corporate job, and instead of searching for another role, I asked myself a critical question: “What if I stopped chasing stability and started creating something of my own?” 

With that decision, I chose not to return to traditional employment. Instead, I ventured into the unknown, launching Freedom Life Coach in early 2022. My goal was to help others design lives of freedom and purpose through coaching, personal branding, and digital entrepreneurship.

 It wasn’t an easy start. I had no blueprint and no guarantee of success. But I trusted my vision, worked relentlessly, and leaned into my strengths. Over the next three years, I built an online one-person business that generated consistent seven-figure revenue in the Chinese market—a milestone I couldn’t have imagined when I started.

A New Chapter: Expanding to a Global Vision 

As Freedom Life Coach thrived, I began to dream bigger. My mission to help people design freedom-driven businesses was no longer limited to the Chinese market. I wanted to create a global community—a platform where solopreneurs, creators, and life coaches from all over the world could learn, grow, and support one another, regardless of language, culture, or geography. 

That dream gave birth to the Freepreneur Collective, a global brand dedicated to empowering individuals to build businesses that work for them. Unlike traditional models that focus on scaling through teams or complex structures, I believe in the power of simplicity: work less, earn more, and live better.

What I’ve Learned Along the Way 

My journey taught me that success isn’t just about financial milestones—it’s about reclaiming your time, aligning your work with your values, and building a life that feels meaningful. Over the years, I’ve helped clients from 10+ countries turn their passions into sustainable, freedom-driven businesses. 

Through my coaching programs and resources, I’ve seen life coaches double their client bases, digital creators turn their expertise into profitable online courses, and solopreneurs simplify their businesses to reclaim the freedom they started out seeking.

Building a Borderless Community

 The Freepreneur Collective is more than just a brand—it’s a vision for the future of work and entrepreneurship. I’m creating a borderless community where people from different cultures and regions can connect, learn, and grow together. It’s about fostering cross-cultural collaboration and redefining what it means to live a successful life.

I’m also excited to announce my second book, “Mastering the One-Person Business: Building a Freedom-Driven Life Through Personal Branding,” which will be published in 2025. This book will dive deeper into the strategies and mindset shifts needed to thrive as a solopreneur in today’s ever-changing world.
